Subscription Terms

1. Shipping Schedule:

   • Orders will be shipped on the first Tuesday of each month.
   • If this day falls on a public holiday, shipping will be postponed to the next working day.
   • All orders will take 3 - 4 days to be delivered directly. 

2. Order Cut-off Date:

   • The cut-off date for orders is the last day of each month. Orders placed after this date will be scheduled for shipping on the specified date in the following month.

3. Shipping Fees:

   • All orders qualify for free shipping, and products will be delivered directly to your specified address.

4. Order Changes:

   • Once an order is confirmed, no changes will be accepted, including modifications to product type, quantity, or shipping address.

5. Order Cancellations:

   • After order confirmation, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Please ensure that the selected products and order details are correct before placing your order.

6. Refund Policy:

   • All orders are non-refundable. If you have questions or issues regarding your order, please contact our customer service before receiving the product.
